We talked about voice assistants supporting seniors at the CHI2019

Cezary Biele, Katarzyna Adamczuk and Jarosław Kowalski from the Laboratory of Interactive Technologies have just come back from the ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI2019) in Glasgow, Great Britain – one of the most important international science conferences on the computer-human interaction. They presented research results of a study they have conducted among seniors, giving them the possibility of working with the Google voice assistant. Older Adults and Voice Interaction: A Pilot Study with Google Home.
They talk about the study results in an interview they have given to our Internet portal on artificial intelligence. The interview is in Polish: https://www.sztucznainteligencja.org.pl/asystent-glosowy-druh-w-niedoli-pogromca-ciszy/.
