European Network of Artificial Intelligence Excellence Centres - meeting in Brussels
The best experts in artificial intelligence met on 28 May 2019, thanks to the European Commission, to jointly discuss and exchange information about their fields of expertise linked to artificial intelligence. All thanks to the Information and Brokerage Day which was organized by the European Commission in connection with preparations to the ”ICT-48-2020: Towards a vibrant European network of AI excellence centres” competition which is going to be announced in July this year, as part of the Horizon 2020. During the meeting European Commission representatives will present details about the planned competition: participation conditions, funding level, recommended courses of action.
Today’s meeting is also a perfect occasion for the representatives of the European Network of Artificial Intelligence Centres to network, and establishing cooperation in the implementation of endeavours utilizing AI.
At the event, our institute is represented by Jarosław Protasiewicz, PhD – the Manager of the Laboratory of Intelligent Information Systems.
